Pioneer / Shelby High School Introduction To Engineering Class Goes Racing

Hilliard, Ohio--The Pioneer/Shelby High School Introduction to Engineering Design (IED) class recently visited the Indy 500-winning Bobby Rahal-David Letterman racing complex, where they were greeted by an aerospace engineer. He explained an aerospace expert could help shave seconds off each lap by employing aerodynamics--a critical part of any car's design. Of the fifty people who run the racing team, ten are engineers.
